Transfer Adhesive Powder – 0-80 micron

An adhesive powder that you can put in your ink or on the back to help with adhesion.4529. Transfer Adhesive is a polyurethane based glue that is used when screen printing transfers. It can be used for both cold peel and hot peel applications. 4529 has a softer hand and is more stretchy than the polyester based adhesives currently available.

Suitable for textiles that are 100% cotton, 50/50 cotton/poly blends, 100% polyester, spandex, lycra, and more. While it is not recommended for nylon specifically, limited testing shows the 4529 works very well for nylon blends (we’ve tested on 80% nylon, 20% spandex). Be sure to always test before beginning a production run as your results may vary!
